First: Terms and Conditions of Use

1. General Terms and Academic Integrity

  • Updates: Management reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and they become effective immediately upon publication.
  • Commitment: The platform guarantees content quality and intellectual property protection. Impersonation, cheating, or account sharing is prohibited. The platform reserves the right to delete any account proven to violate these rules.

2. Eligibility and Account

  • Age: The service is available to those over 18 years of age.
  • Security: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account.
  • Transfer of Ownership: Selling or transferring account ownership to any other party is strictly prohibited.

3. Financial Policy and Refunds

  • Currency: All fees are paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
  • Refunds: All payments are final. Exceptional refund cases (course cancellation, postponement to an unsuitable time, or technical deduction errors) are subject to management approval.
  • Liability: The platform is not responsible for the incompatibility of the user’s device with course content or for failure to achieve desired results.

4. User Conduct

Using the site to upload offensive content, spread viruses, or use content for commercial purposes is prohibited. Placing links to competing platforms without written permission from management is also forbidden.
